CAS-AX Al-Mg sound absorbing blanket is a high-efficiency absorptive material (composite fiber felt) made from premium aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide and silicon oxide raw materials that meet environmental and health requirements. Produced through a special forming process, it maintains stable performance up to 650℃. Its flake structure disperses noise and converts it into minute vibrational energy, absorbing acoustic mechanical energy, dissipating transmitted sound energy and reducing noise reflection — delivering excellent sound absorption, fire protection and environmental performance.

Extremely low fluoride/chloride content (≤0.0039%), non-corrosive to metal piping and equipment. After 96 hours of boiling water immersion and drying, its thermal and acoustic performance remains essentially unchanged. Flexible and cuttable, with compression recovery ≥85%, no sag under continuous vibration, and full contact with equipment surfaces.
