CAS-AP 铝镁质阻尼隔声毡采用铝镁纤维层与高分子阻尼层交替复合的多层结构设计。阻尼层通过粘弹性形变将透射声波的机械能高效转化为热能耗散，从而降低声波穿透；同时外层铝镁纤维提供良好的耐温和机械强度，使材料在长期振动工况下保持稳定的隔声性能。

CAS-AP Al-Mg damping soundproof blanket uses a multi-layer composite structure alternating Al-Mg fiber layers with viscoelastic damping layers. The damping layer dissipates transmitted acoustic energy as heat through viscoelastic deformation, blocking sound penetration. The outer Al-Mg fiber layers provide temperature resistance and mechanical strength, maintaining stable sound insulation performance under long-term vibration.

抗拉强度高达 ≥1600 kPa，密度 250~350 kg/m³，可直接缠绕于管道、设备外壳及各类异形结构。表面燃烧性能达 A1 级，烟气毒性不低于 ZA1 级，满足人员密集场所与高安全等级工业场景的隔声需求。

Tensile strength ≥1600 kPa and density 250-350 kg/m³ enable direct wrapping on piping, equipment shells, and irregular structures. Surface fire rating A1 and smoke toxicity not lower than ZA1, meeting sound insulation requirements for personnel-dense areas and high-safety industrial applications.
